Terms of Service
Effective date: 10 October 2026
1. Who these terms are between
Weekly Job Map is operated by A LE & K NGUYEN, ABN 60 102 422 850, of Unit 314, 66 Manning Street, South Brisbane QLD 4101, Australia. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that operator. “You” means the person or business subscribing to the service.
You can contact us at support@weeklyjobmap.com.
If you subscribe on behalf of a business, you must have authority to enter into this agreement for that business. Please read these terms and the offer presented to you before subscribing. Keep a copy for your records.
2. The service
Weekly Job Map helps service businesses organise jobs, locations, follow-ups and financial records. Core includes the Job Map and Finance. Finance includes Income, Outstanding, Expenses, weekly review and finalisation, Reports and Finance Settings.
Your subscription provides access to the features described in your plan. Ideas, feedback and announcements about possible future features do not form part of your subscription unless we expressly include them in your agreed offer.
Map positions depend on the address and location information supplied. Check addresses, dates and job details before relying on them. Finance figures depend on the records and settings entered into the app. Weekly Job Map does not provide accounting, tax or financial advice; you remain responsible for checking your records and meeting your business obligations. This does not reduce our responsibility to provide the service with the care and skill required by law.
3. Your account and business records
Provide accurate account and billing details and keep them up to date. Use a strong password, protect your sign-in details and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for people you authorise to use your account, but not for security failures caused by us.
Only enter, import or share information you are entitled to use. Where you add personal information about customers or other people, provide any required privacy notices and obtain any permissions required by law. Keep that information relevant to your business activities.
You must not use the service for unlawful activity, upload malicious material, attempt to access another business’s information, bypass access or payment controls, or deliberately disrupt the service. These restrictions do not prevent security research that we have expressly authorised or activities protected by law.
4. Ownership and permission to use data
You retain your rights in the records and content you supply. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your business data to us.
You give us permission to host, store, process, transmit and display that data as needed to provide the service, maintain security, respond to support requests and meet legal obligations. That permission continues after cancellation only to the extent needed for permitted retention and those purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We and our licensors retain ownership of the application, website, branding and other materials we provide. While you have access to the service, you may use them for your business in accordance with these terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including information you supply about other people. It is a notice of our practices and does not remove either party’s legal privacy obligations.
5. Subscription price and payment
The standard Core subscription is A$25 per month. Eligible businesses offered the limited Early Launch price pay A$15 per month. Both amounts include GST. All subscriptions are charged in Australian dollars, including subscriptions purchased from outside Australia. Your price and trial eligibility are confirmed before checkout.
If your payment account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider handles conversion and may charge exchange or other fees. The converted amount can vary; it does not change your agreed AUD subscription price.
Before you confirm a subscription, review its recurring amount, trial end date where applicable and billing interval. By completing checkout, you authorise recurring charges to the payment method you provide until the subscription ends. Payments and billing management are handled through Stripe.
A specific offer accepted for your account governs the matters it expressly describes, such as the agreed price or trial. It does not remove statutory rights or excuse a misleading public price or other representation. Contact support if the price presented to you does not match the offer you expected.
6. Free trial and automatic renewal
Eligible businesses can receive a 30-day free trial. A payment card is required. Previous trial use, an existing subscription or other conditions disclosed before checkout can affect eligibility; creating another account does not automatically give the same business another trial.
At the end of your trial, your subscription automatically becomes paid at the recurring price you accepted unless you cancel before the trial ends. It then renews monthly until cancelled.
You can manage cancellation through Plan & Billing and the Stripe billing portal. Check the cancellation confirmation and effective date. Keep your account email address up to date so you can receive billing and service notices.
7. Early Launch offer
The limited Early Launch offer is subject to availability and the eligibility conditions presented for your business before checkout. Viewing an offer on the public website does not reserve a position. Once an offer is confirmed for your account, we will honour that commitment according to its stated terms.
Your A$15 monthly Early Launch price, including GST, stays fixed for as long as that subscription continues. It does not increase to the standard price when the campaign closes or the standard price changes.
If you cancel and the subscription ends, that Early Launch entitlement ends. Returning does not restore the former price entitlement or automatically provide another trial. A cancellation scheduled for the end of a paid period does not change the price during that paid period.
8. Cancellation, failed payments and access
You can cancel through Plan & Billing → billing portal. If you cannot access the portal, contact support promptly for help. Ordinary cancellation is scheduled for the end of the applicable trial or paid billing period, as shown in the cancellation confirmation.
For an ordinary cancellation, access continues until that effective date and the cancellation process does not automatically refund part of a paid period. This does not affect your voluntary-guarantee claim or any refund or other remedy available by law.
After the subscription has actually ended, the access rules provide 90 days of view/export access, during which normal editing is restricted. This period starts when the ending takes effect, rather than when you first select Cancel.
If a subscription payment fails, the access rules provide a seven-day grace period. If it remains unresolved, this is followed by 90 days of view/export access, after which app access is blocked unless access is restored. You can update your payment details through the billing portal. Contact support if you believe a payment or access status is incorrect.
View/export access uses the existing supported exports.
If you resume your subscription before the 90-day view/export period ends, you keep your existing operational business records.
Once that period ends, those records become unavailable and are queued for permanent deletion. Returning afterwards does not cancel deletion or restore those records; you start with fresh operational records.
We schedule the first deletion attempt for one hour after the period ends. Processing delays or technical failures may delay completion, but they do not extend your access or create an additional recovery period. Export the records you need before the 90-day period ends.
Limited account, eligibility and subscription billing records remain as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. The 90-day money-back guarantee
You can request this voluntary guarantee for any reason, without having to justify dissatisfaction. It is additional to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and any other applicable law.
Who can request it and when
The business workspace owner can request the guarantee after the first successful paid Core subscription charge. The free trial does not start the guarantee period. Submit the request before 90 days have elapsed from that first successful paid charge.
Open Plan & Billing → 90-day money-back guarantee, select Request money-back refund, and complete Confirm and submit. Cancelling in the billing portal does not submit a guarantee request.
The guarantee provides one successful guarantee refund per business. It counts as used only after the eligible refund has been successfully completed. An unsuccessful or incorrectly rejected request does not use the guarantee, and a new login or workspace does not create a new entitlement for the same business.
If you cannot submit a request or believe it was rejected incorrectly, email support@weeklyjobmap.com for another review. This does not limit your right to make a claim under consumer law.
What happens after a request
Requests are reviewed to confirm the owner's authority, the 90-day request deadline, relevant Core subscription payments and whether the business has already received a successful guarantee refund. Review checks eligibility and prevents duplicate refunds; it does not decide whether your reason is good enough. Submitting a request does not itself issue an immediate refund or immediately cancel the subscription.
We aim to review and initiate eligible guarantee refunds within five business days of receiving the request. This target concerns our processing; your bank may take additional time to display the refund.
If approved, the guarantee refunds successful eligible Core subscription payments made within the first 90-day paid period, less amounts already refunded. Where an invoice contains other charges, only the eligible Core share is included. A payment cannot be refunded twice.
Completing an approved guarantee includes the required refunds and cancellation of the subscription. A 90-day view/export period starts from the effective cancellation that completes the guarantee. Bank processing can affect when a refund appears on your statement.
The guarantee's 90-day request deadline and once-per-business limit apply only to this voluntary offer. They do not set the deadline or eligibility rules for any remedy you have under consumer law.
10. Exports and account closure
Finance provides date-range CSV and Excel exports and a full-history Excel workbook for the business workspace, subject to access permissions. These contain supported job and finance records; they are not a complete copy of every account, security, messaging or billing record held about you.
Keep separate copies of records needed for your business or legal obligations. Contact support for a personal-information access request or to request account closure or deletion. Cancellation, export and deletion are separate actions.
Deleting or voiding a record does not remove copies you have already downloaded or shared. We do not promise that deleted records can be restored. Our responsibility to handle and protect information with appropriate care continues to apply.
11. Availability and support
We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Maintenance, updates and interruptions can affect availability. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a fixed support response time unless we agree one with you separately.
Contact support@weeklyjobmap.com for help, bugs, billing questions or ideas. Please send only the information needed to investigate an issue; do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
If a feature uses an external mapping, payment or other service, its availability may depend on that provider. We remain responsible for our obligations under this agreement and applicable law.
12. Consumer rights and responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies. Those rights can apply to purchases made by businesses as well as individuals.
Our voluntary guarantee is additional to your legal rights. Its deadline, eligibility conditions and request process do not limit claims under consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, those rights may include having a problem fixed, cancellation, a refund or compensation.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and your business decisions. We remain responsible for our own acts and omissions as required by law. These terms do not impose a blanket exclusion of liability for lost data, our negligence or service failures.
13. Changes to the service, prices and terms
We may make reasonable changes to maintain, secure or improve Weekly Job Map, or to comply with law. We will give you at least 30 days' email notice before a standard subscription price increase or a significant change that reduces your paid service or materially adversely affects your terms, with an opportunity to cancel before it takes effect. Routine improvements and bug fixes do not require that advance notice. We will not apply a price increase retrospectively to a period already paid for or override a specific price commitment we have made to you.
Where an urgent legal or security change requires immediate action, we may act before giving advance notice and will explain the change as soon as reasonably practicable afterwards. If a change removes a substantial part of a service you have already paid for and we cannot provide a reasonable alternative, you may cancel and receive a refund for the affected unused period. Your other legal rights continue to apply.
We will identify the effective date of updated terms. Updating this page does not retrospectively change rights or liabilities that have already arisen.
14. Suspension or ending the service
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a serious security threat, unlawful activity, a material breach of these terms or an unpaid subscription under the payment rules above. Any action will be proportionate to the issue.
Where practicable, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to fix it before taking action. We may act immediately where delay would create a serious risk or breach the law. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
If we permanently discontinue Weekly Job Map, we will give at least 30 days' notice, an opportunity to export available records and a refund for unused prepaid subscription time. Nothing in this section limits refunds or other remedies required by law.
15. Complaints and governing law
Please contact support@weeklyjobmap.com with the issue and the outcome you are seeking. We will consider your complaint and work with you to resolve it. You do not have to complete an internal process before exercising a right to contact a regulator, seek urgent relief or bring a claim where the law allows.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The courts of Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have to use another court or tribunal.
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent they can operate fairly and lawfully. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver of that term.
